The exhibition titled 'The Music in Me' will be opened on Thursday May 8th at 6pm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A series of practical workshops will also run in tandem with the exhibition giving the public an opportunity to learn about and practice some of the techniques used by the artists in their work. The Bealtaine Festival is an annual national event celebrating creativity in older age. In her work she combines the unknown mystical world to the existing material world.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Michaels work is about desire and the space between love and lust. "I want the audience to share my experience unaware of beig filmed or caught in acts of extreme intimacy. The viewer becomes present to the subjects unawareness. This consiousness pushes both the viewer and the subject to examine who we are beyond ego. In hs 20s he did the customary living abroad thing (Copenhagen, Munich, New York, etc) and has washed more than his fair share of dishes. In his final year studying for a BA at Maynooth, he won the University's top award for literature, the Barbara Hayley Memorial Prize.
